Grew up in the rural community of Manchester, Maryland.  Graduated the University of Maryland with a B.S. in Civil Engineering specializing in Structural Engineering.  Worked as Project Manager on numerous commercial and light industrial projects ranging from $300,000 up to $30mm.  Self-employed custom builder for over 20 years, currently living in Charlotte, North Carolina, however has lived in Spain, California, Alaska, Nevada and Utah, where he has built different styles of homes ranging in price from $90k up to $2mm.  Director, Developer, Mentor and Project Manager for FUTRHOMES.

Native-born North Carolinian, and been in Charlotte since 1 year old.  Graduated from UNCC with a B.A. degree in Sociology.  Worked in technology for over 20 years with companies like IBM, Microsoft, Bank Of America and Wells Fargo.  Develops the technological solutions for FUTRHOMES, as well as the designer for the 5 elevations of the offered models.
